Did you here about the new wind farms being built in Kankakee, Iroquois, Ford, and Livingston counties in Illinois. 300 windmills which will generate enough power for 120,000 homes. These counties only have moderate to low wind speeds, so don't let anybody tell you that there isn't enough wind to build windmills where you live.
