EXIT Realty Nexus and ROI Auctions announce a partial inventory reduction of over 50 properties going up for auction on October 24th. Renee Johnson, Dennis Dorman and Mike Berglund, all REALTORS® with EXIT Realty Nexus, along with Mike Harris of ROI Auctions are the key facilitators of this event.
Held at the Embassy Suites in Brooklyn Center with registration starting at eleven o'clock, this special auction will showcase 55 lots with bids starting at below market value.
